These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Sandbox Synergy LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://workaround.mobi website as well as the Work ARound mobile application (collectively, the "Services").
Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Services (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms; (4) you are not under 18 years of age; and (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or safety regulation.
Work ARound offers Individual, Basic, and Pro subscription plans. Subscriptions purchased via our website are processed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Subscriptions purchased through mobile app distribution platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) are processed via In-App Purchase and managed through your respective Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the specified billing interval (monthly or annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel web subscriptions at any time via your Organization Account Settings page. App Store subscriptions can be managed directly in your Apple ID account settings.
Work ARound is designed as an operational communication and visual augmented reality hazard notification tool. THE SERVICES ARE NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR MANDATORY OSHA REGULATIONS, SITE SAFETY MANUALS, REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE), OR FORMAL JOB SAFETY ANALYSES (JSA). Field workers, safety managers, and contractors remain solely responsible for verifying physical site conditions, wearing proper PPE, and maintaining personal situational awareness.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include: uploading false or misleading hazard markers, harassing or impersonating team members, attempting to bypass security or organization data isolation, reverse engineering the mobile application, or using the app while driving or operating heavy machinery without safe situational awareness.
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
