We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, or when you contact us. This includes: names, phone numbers, email addresses, job titles, organization affiliations, passwords, and billing addresses.
If you use our mobile application, we collect precise location data (GPS coordinates) to anchor augmented reality hazard markers, display site spatial overlays, and alert team members to nearby job site dangers. We also request access to your mobile device's camera to render AR overlays and capture hazard/site photos.
To place markers precisely, the app uses Google ARCore (Geospatial API and Cloud Anchors). While the AR camera is on, visual feature data derived from the camera image and your approximate location are sent to Google to work out your position. When you save an anchored marker, Google stores a feature map of that spot so the marker can be found again. We do not store camera images unless you take a photo for a marker. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy.
If you allow "Always" location access, iOS checks on your device whether you enter a hazard zone, so the app can warn you even when it is closed. You can change this at any time in your device's location settings.
To show wind, weather and elevation for a marker, the marker's coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo. No account information is sent with these requests.
Our Services integrate artificial intelligence capabilities powered by Google Gemini API to analyze job site hazard reports, generate automated emergency contact protocols, summarize safety documentation, and process spatial marker descriptions. Textual safety notes and imagery submitted for AI analysis are processed securely in accordance with enterprise data protection standards and are not used to train public foundational AI models.
Payment transaction data is processed securely through Stripe (or Apple In-App Purchase / Google Play Billing where applicable). We do not store raw credit card credentials on our servers. File attachments, hazard evidence photos, and media documents are securely stored using isolated cloud infrastructure (secure server storage) segregated strictly by organization identifier.
We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, facilitate team communication, anchor AR markers, process billing, enforce security and fraud prevention, and comply with safety regulations. We may also process your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
We may share information in specific situations with authorized server infrastructure providers, payment processors (Stripe/Apple/Google), AI processing services (Google Cloud Gemini API), and within your assigned enterprise organization and user groups. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Service providers we use: DigitalOcean (servers, database and file storage), SendGrid (invitation and notification emails), Apple Push Notification service (alerts), Open-Meteo (weather and elevation for a marker's coordinates; no account data), Google (ARCore AR positioning and Gemini AI), and Stripe / Apple (payments).
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. You may initiate account deletion directly within the mobile app under Profile & Settings > Delete Account, or by submitting a written request to [email protected].

We implement organizational and technical security measures designed to protect your personal information, including encrypted transmission protocols (HTTPS/TLS), Sanctum token authentication, and enterprise organization data isolation. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Our Services are intended exclusively for commercial enterprise use and industrial workplace safety. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
