End User License Agreement (EULA)

Work ARound is licensed to You (End-User) by Sandbox Synergy LLC, located at 6300 Riverside Plaza Ln NW Ste 118, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87120, United States ("Licensor"), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.

By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's software distribution platform ("App Store") or Google's software distribution platform ("Play Store"), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

1. SCOPE OF LICENSE

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Apple or Android device that You own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and Google Play Terms of Service.

2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

Work ARound permits users to create augmented reality markers, upload hazard evidence photos, share comments, and post job safety tasks ("User-Generated Content").

ZERO-TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT AND ABUSIVE USERS

Sandbox Synergy LLC maintains a strict ZERO-TOLERANCE policy regarding objectionable content, harassment, or abusive behavior. You agree that you will not post content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, or dangerous to workplace safety.

Content Moderation & 24-Hour Enforcement

To enforce Apple App Store Guideline 1.2 and Google Play Developer Policies, Work ARound provides built-in mechanisms for users to report objectionable content and block abusive users:

  • In-App Reporting: Any user can flag an objectionable marker, comment, photo, or hazard report using the "Report Content" option.
  • User Blocking: Any user can block an abusive user using the "Block User" action, immediately hiding all content generated by that user.
  • 24-Hour Action Turnaround: All reported content is reviewed by company administrators within 24 hours. Content violating our safety and conduct policies will be permanently removed, and abusive users will be suspended or permanently banned from the platform.

3. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

Sandbox Synergy LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

4. NO WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION IN FIELD OR HIGH-RISK WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENTS.
